To celebrate the start of the Amazing Grass and Fit Approach #feelamazingeveryday Insta Challenge and because we completed a super strenuous 6 miles on the trails on Sunday, I made myself a delicious brunch worthy smoothie. Filled with goodness and topped with cookies and granola, of course!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Latte Smoothie:
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Superfood
- 1 heaping tbsp of Wild Friends Vanilla Espresso Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tbsp of cacao nibs
- 1 cup almond milk (or whatever milk like)
- 1/4 cup Chameleon Cold Brew Vanilla
- 5-6 ice cubes
- Blend all above ingredients until smooth…
- Top with the below:
- 1 handful Purely Elizabeth Pumpkin Fig granola
- 1 Oreo cookie (if you want….) 🙂
