I can’t believe it’s already June; more importantly, it’s basically summer. Seriously, how in the hell did that happen? I feel like I was wearing winter coats and cursing the gray, cold weather just yesterday. Well, it’s Portland, so maybe I was…but still.

It’s RUNNING SAFETY MONTH. Yep, that’s right. This month is all about dat’ safety. So while we’re out running the trails, pounding the pavement and ripping our sweaty shirts off (helllloooo sports bra running season!), we’ll also be talking about all the ways you can improve your running game by doing it the sexy way….aka the safe way! For running safety month, I’ll be following along with the #SweatPink community to share favorite tips, gear, and lessons learned about how to stay safe on the road, the trails, the treadmill… and everywhere else you get moving!
