Whoa summer….just whoa…how about we slow down a little?
I remember when summer was about early morning runs and afternoons spent floating around the pool with a good book or maybe even a good, salty margarita. After a summer full of conferencing and travel and relays and then moving, all I can say is: what ever happened to that kind of summer?
Since I’ve been going, going, going, I want to take extra special care of my body and give my energy a much needed boost by joining Gerolsteiner’s Sparkling Detox Challenge.
