For me, foam rolling is like flossing; I know I should do it everyday but I just don’t. And to all of my dentist friends reading this, relax, save your judgments…(not flossin’ since 1982 and CAVITY FREE…and proud?).
Anyway, just like flossing, I know foam rolling is good for me but I have a hard time making it into a habit. I always try to tell myself that I’ll roll out while watching TV or talk on the phone but when it comes down to it, I find that sitting on my butt is so much easier.
