Sorry for the Starbucks reference but I couldn’t think of a better way to describe my new favorite smoothie; its the perfect blend of cinnamon, coffee and delicious. Like horchata and coffee had a baby and added some ice.
If you want in on this amazing morning treat, here’s the recipe:
- 1/2 cup cold brew (I used Chameleon Cold Brew – Vanilla)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp fresh ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Wild Friends Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter (I also recommend you eat another TBSP while waiting for your smoothie to blend…)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 4-5 ice cubes
Blend and enjoy!
