I know I’ve been a broken record saying that teamwork is the key to success when you have a baby (or small child) at home, but another important (and perhaps obvious) factor that I failed to mention is simplicity.
As a parent, if you can better simplify your routines, your schedule, and even your meals, it makes life a little more manageable (and oh so much more enjoyable).
As a person who tends to overcomplicate, over think, and over analyze just about everything in life, simplifying is something that I’ve had to really work hard at. I’ve had to get really bullish about my schedule, I’ve become over the top organized, and I’ve become a master of rotating recipes for easy, healthy, weekly meals. Take my Spicy Roasted Carrot and Pumpkin Seed Pita Pizzas, for instance – the ultimate easy, delicious, and healthy weekday meal – that you can change up and replicate every week without getting bored.
Another one of my favorite and deliciously simple healthy meals is hummus wraps. They’re easy to make, easy to adapt with your favorite veggies or other fillings, and as it turns out easy to turn into a sweet, healthy treat, if you so desire with the help of Lantana Foods’ new fruit hummus varieties.
If you’re looking for a delicious, healthy, and inspiring wrap that you can eat two ways, look no further than our sweet or savory fruit hummus wraps.
