We officially kicked off the Holiday Sweat Challenge (yippeeee!) – special thanks to our hosts, Run to the Finish and SweatGuru – we’re all on track to a healthier, sweatier holiday season!
This week we had kick ass workouts from our ring leader Amanda, Run to the Finish and the AMAZING Shannon at Bad Ass Fitness. We also received motivation from Kimberly at Manifest Yourself and learned how to health up our favorite mashed recipes…using cauliflower from Tasha at Tasha’s Dish.
I don’t know about you but I have never felt better about Thanksgiving. I managed to stay on track with my workouts and ate well, allowing a few holiday indulgements, of course…but no going overboard.
And of course, the best part was competing for amazing prizes thanks to Lorna Jane, WIN Detergent, and Phenoh74.
