I’ve been home for nearly a week and it’s a bit weird to come from what felt like summer to what feels more like winter (well, a west coast winter, anyway). And as always, with cooler temps and darker afternoons, it’s easy to lose workout motivation. Sometimes a hot cup of tea (er, coffee) and a couch snuggle just sounds so much better…
To keep myself motivated and to stay inspired, I’ve been hanging out with my girl, Lunden from Runtastic. I love her 7 Minute HIIT for legs video – it’s a super fun, do anywhere circuit that’s sure to tone and burn your legs – and since I have the Runtastic Timer app, I just turn it on and get my sweat on.
