As y’all know I’ve been pretty jazzed with my new ActivMotion Bar. It’s a great way to add balance and toning to any workout – strength training, Pilates, and even yoga.
I designed a fun, quick (and super tough!!) yoga sequence that you can do with the ActivMotion Bar. All you need is your #ActivMotionBar, your yoga mat, a good attitude and about 30 minutes. The workout is extremely intense so get ready for a great sweat!
I’ll also have a fun bodyweight bootcamp workout ready for you soon – using the ActivMotion Bar!

It’s good stuff, it’ll get ya sweating in no time. Like really, you can hear me breathing and I was only at it for about 15 minutes or so at that point! HAHA!
I’ve been practicing yoga regularly for several months now, but I’ve never used a bar before! Love the video and can’t wait to follow along!
It’s a good way to add a little something new…. I love the ActivMotion Bar especially because of the transfer of weight – it really helps with balance and alignment.
this looks awesome! I really need to work on my balance more – especially as a runner. I would really like to be able to do tree pose in yoga class without falling all over the place haha.
It’s a super fun challenge – you can really test your balance & limits with it which I REALLY like!

Now this is my type of yoga! I haven’t seen many people incorporate resistance/weights with Yoga. I’ll have to give it a try, thanks!

I really like the idea of using the Active Motion Bar in a yoga sequence. I may have to invest in one.
It’s honestly one of best things I’ve tried in awhile. My obliques are still so SORE (in a good way) from the yoga sequence on Sunday!
