After teaching back to back classes last night at the studio and scarfing down a little dinner, I wanted a way to connect with all of my students. So many of them asked me when I was teaching again, told me how much they loved class but because the studio I taught at is still on a pretty antiquated check-in system, I had no way to connect with them – 7 students in my first class (glider yoga) and 11 in my second class (bodyweight bootcamp) and no possible way to say, hey, great to meet you in class tonight, here’s my schedule and some of what we worked on. UGH!!! So different from my outdoor bootcamps which I run on SweatGuru – where I can keep tabs on everyone, easily communicate my class schedule and get feedback from them on everything from pace of class, to music, and everything in between.
Anyway, bootcamp this morning was a real killer, super proud of everyone – we’re all making progress in different ways. Getting stronger on the stairs, getting better at push-ups and developing more core strength. We did everything from hill sprints, to wall sits, to weighted stair hops and everything in between.
