If you’ve got a case of the bouncies, aka your boobs are flapping and bouncing all around while you run, yoga, hike or play, then girl, you need to get yourself a new sports bra. Unless of course you’re going for the girls on trampoline effect…
To help ladies find the perfect bra that will do it all: flatter, support and keep the bounce at bay, Title Nine is putting on several events called the 2015 Bra FitFest. Thankfully, Title Nine has a team of Bravangelists who know how to walk you through picking out your perfect bra – based on your activity level, body shape, and preferred fit.
The Sweat Pink team was fortunate enough to get an invite to Title Nine’s FitFest event at their downtown Portland location this past week and I personally couldn’t have been more jazzed to get one on one help to find a great sports bra. Seriously, I have a drawer full of sports bras – some that I can only wear on a walk – because they don’t actually fit me that well (money down the drain!).
Of course the event wasn’t all just getting down to the serious bra tacks (see what I did there?), it was also a ton of fun. A chance to get a little giggly creepy….

And of course the best part was going home with an awesome new sports bra from Handful (I feel like its so fitting in so many ways)…that is great for running, yoga and even swimming! 😉 WOOT!
