The Sweat Pink team has curated a selection of some of our favorite videos on Grokker (seriously, they have EVERYTHING you can imagine on there). Whether you’re a beginning or a high-intensity expert, looking for something mellow or want to get your heart pounding, there’s something for everyone. I’m so excited to rack up more minutes using video workouts from Grokker! There’s everything from arm balances [workout type] to HIIT conditioning[workout type] for everyone from beginners to advanced, and I’m especially pumped to try Sarah Kusch’s Core Workouts [workout name] because they will make me extra fast on the trails and help me get closer to that lotus headstand I’ve been working on…[adjective]

I plan to do my video workout in my living room [place] before I’ve rinsed the trail off my feet and legs [activity] and after a good, sweaty run with Abbie the Vizsla[activity]. My favorite thing about video workouts is that you can literally do them anywhere, at anytime and pick whatever kind of workout you’re in the mood for[noun], plus they’re a super convenient way to get sweaty when traveling [verb].

My goal is to hit 650 [number] minutes this week!. I’ll do Jaime McFaden’s Abs & Butt [workout name] on one of my more intense workout days, and Ashleigh Sergeant’s Yoga For Athletes [workout name] on a rest or lower intensity day. I challenge Jessica [workout buddy name] to beat my # of minutes or to do 7 Minute HITT abs [activity / video name] EVERY DAY this week with me!
