Fitness clothes are a huge staple in my wardrobe; I mean if I’m honest, I probably spend more time in them than I do regular clothes. Which is why for me, its not just about having a pair of yoga pants and a couple of shirts that I can sweat in for maybe an hour here and there during the week, I need fitness clothes that can take me from a morning workout to an evening workout and even look good while I’m walking around town in between.
Given I spend so much of my life in spandex and dri-fit material, I’m always on the hunt for high quality fitness clothes that will perform, fit well, and make me look good. And for those reasons, over the past couple of years I’ve become just a tad bit obsessed with Lorna Jane.
If you’re not familiar with Lorna Jane, then you’re living under a rock. Just kidding (kind of). Lorna Jane is a popular activewear brand based out of Australia (and founded by a woman!) that has been rapidly expanding all over the world. And we’re lucky enough to have a Lorna Jane store right here in San Francisco on Union Street in the Marina – basically spitting distance from my apartment – good for my look, maybe not so good for my wallet ;).
I love that Lorna Jane‘s clothes are not only made from high quality fabrics but I also love that all of their designs have such an eye for style and a keen sense of what is going to look good on a woman’s body. I mean, I think I look pretty darn good in their clothes. I also love the emphasis on bright, happy colors that make you feel cheerful when you put them on…even at 5:30am. I swear, the colors help wake me up for my early morning bootcamp classes!

When Lorna Jane gave us (the Fit Approach team) an opportunity to go in store for a personal styling session to try on the new fall line, I was super pumped. So pumped that I started looking through the collection online long before I went in for a styling just so to make sure I was prepared and had enough time to try everything on that I wanted.
Only when I arrived for my personal styling appointment, all of that preparation went out the window because I was so distracted by all the beautiful things and bright colors. Thankfully, the amazing ladies at Lorna Jane were able to pick looks for me and totally blew me away with their outfit choices. They even got me in floral pants (I’m not much of a prints kind of girl) and I actually really liked them.
And a floral top…which I also really loved.
And the pants, well, I almost came home with three pairs. I loved the basic black ones, I’m wearing above…and the purple ones (see below):
AllI loved the purple pants and all the floral but decided on a few items that I knew I’d feel good wearing (and wouldn’t freak out about – prints – ahhh – haha). I went with a bright orange top, green sports bra and black pants with green trim.
The green sports bra is SO CUTE and COMFY!!! I’m obsessed.
I also may have walked out with this cute orange mesh backed top as well.
And I have a few additional items on my wishlist like… this purple and black sports bra:
…And of course, this cute bright yellow tank!
And this sherbert pink tank…so perfect for working out or as a casual weekend top:
Ok, let’s be honest, just about the whole store is on my wishlist 😉
What can I say?!?! I’m a bit obsessed with Lorna Jane!
BIG THANK YOU to Lorna Jane Union Street for helping style me and allowing me to be the crazy lady in the store taking pictures and dropping into yoga poses… 😉
#SweatPink e’ryday
A big thank you to the team at Lorna Jane for setting this up. While I did receive some clothes, all opinions are my own. I would never promote a brand that I didn’t love.
Stay Sweaty friends,
XOXOX

I am in love with that floral print! So so cute!
Me too, it’s so cute, I have to work up the nerve to wear prints more often 😉 HAH
I love all the bright colors!! Now I know what to put on my Christmas list this year! 🙂
I sweat, its my entire Christmas list this year!
Ahhh so cute! I’m so proud of you for trying on those floral pants – they are adorable! Love everything you got. Totes jealous. 🙂
I did not buy the florals, FYI, just the green trim pants, green bra and orange top! Maybe someday I’ll rock the floral!
You look amazing in those outfits!! Love the bright happy colors too 🙂
Ahh, thank you sweet lady!
