I’m a huge fan of Lorna Jane – in fact, I’ve had an all out girl crush on her since meeting her at IDEAWorld in 2013 and then again at BlogFest in 2014 – I love everything about her from her clothing line, cookbooks, and inspirational messages that empower women all over the world. She’s a woman after my own heart, to say the least.
Being the total fangirl that I am, I was pretty pumped to get the opportunity to review her latest creation, a motivational coffee table book, Inspired.
I love that she chose to release Inspired as a coffee table book. It not only looks great sitting out on my coffee table, it also practically begs me to open it anytime I’m sitting on my couch. It’s genius, really. If I sit down and am feeling funky – like let’s eat a pint of ice cream and a box of cookies kind of funky – its like the book beckons me to make better choices.
Every time I open and flip through the pages, it feels like the book somehow knows exactly what I need. I remember flipping through for the first time and stumbling on one of my favorite pages ever and thinking YES, I AM THAT GIRL. At least.. I want to be that girl….
“Be that girl who wakes up with purpose and intent. Be that girl who shows up and never gives up. Be that girl who believes anything is possible and is willing to work for it,” – Lorna Jane Clarkson.
Or this one…..YES. Be happy. Be inspiring. Plain and simple.
It also inspires me in the kitchen. Corn fritters? Um, yes please!
Inspired encourages women all over the world to dream BIG and find their motivation, confidence and inner beauty. It’s a glimpse into Lorna Jane’s own life – the places she find inspiration, how she continues to dream big and move more every single day.

The photography looks beautiful and the tidbits you’ve shared are so inspirational! I need to get one soon! And ship my coffee table out from NC. 😉
