This week is BODYWEIGHT week meaning no (or very minimal) weights involved in our workouts. I didn’t know it would be possible to top last week’s CARDIO BURST workouts but I think we might have. My core, glutes and hamstrings are absolutely killing me…in that yeah, girl, I worked hard kind of way.
Today’s workout:
- 20 minute eliptical intervals (warm-up 2.4 miles)
- TRX jump squats (20)
- TRX push-ups (25)

- TRX ab pikes (20)
- TRX push-ups (10)
- TRX skater lunges (20)
- TRX ab pikes (20)
- TRX push-ups (10)
- TRX skater lunges (20)
- TRX ab pikes (20)
- TRX push-ups (10)
- TRX skater lunges (20)
- Bridges & glute sliders (30 secs)
- Alternating leg drops with block (20)
- Calf raises (30, 10 pulse, 30)
- Bridges & glute sliders (30 secs)
- Leg drops with block (2 sets, 30 secs)
- Calf raises (30, 10 pulse, 20)
- Bridges & glute sliders (30 secs)
- Alternating leg drops with block (20)
- Alternating leg drops with block (20)
- Stretch
Boom. Now if I can still manage my run tonight and be at least walking tomorrow morning for bootcamp, we’ll be in business.
