If you’re having trouble making your workout routine stick and looking for a quick and easy fix, my best advice is to become a morning person. And not because your morning workout is necessarily better or worse than your evening workouts but because you’ll have less time (and reason) for excuses not to go! Because let’s be honest, when is the last time you packed your gym clothes but ended up dragging them out to dinner and drinks with friends instead?
I don’t know about you but guilty as charged!
