I think I might turn into a blueberry this week; at the rate I’ve been eating them, it seems more than likely. I’ve been snacking on them by the handful, using them in my smoothies, topping my granola and overnight oats and even making dessert out of them (a scoop of peanut butter, some honey, blueberries and voila!).
I just can’t stop myself, they’re just so good right now!
This morning they went into my smoothie and it was just too good not to share. Here’s the recipe:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop Amazing Grass Protein Superfood Vanilla
- 5 ice cubes
- Toppings (optional): Purely Elizabeth blueberry hemp granola and goji berries
