Selecting a trainer or a fitness instructor is like dating, you want someone who you’ll gel with, has a lot to offer and will keep you coming back for more. It can be an important decision – whether you’re looking to lose weight, train for a race or event, or even deepen your practice – what factors help you decide who to train with?
