Happy Friday sweaty friends! I don’t know about y’all but its Friday and I’m eating peanut butter straight outta the jar. Oh wait…I do that every day.
Oh well, let’s all eat peanut butter anyway. And not just any peanut butter, let’s eat Wild Friends peanut butter. Today, I’m enjoying spoonfuls of Vanilla Espresso Almond Butter and its fueling all kinds of good vibes and inspiration. I swear, this stuff isn’t just nut butter, its magic nut butter.
I discovered Wild Friends Nut Butters after moving to Portland, OR earlier this year and was blown away by how delicious and natural their nut butters are. They make incredible nut butters flavors like Sesame Cranberry (which my husband described as a PB&J without the bread – #nobreadnecessary), Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter, Cinnamon Raisin…and so many more…and don’t add extra sugars, or processed ingredients. AWESOME.
Aside from being amazingly delicious, I also love that Wild Friends was started by two women. Founders, Erika and Keeley made their first batch of nut butter while in college, when they ran out of peanut butter, and decided to make their own instead of biking in the rain to buy some from the store. And even more awesome, I met Erika at a local running club and then caught up to her again out on the trails.
