Whew! Another week of the Holiday Sweat Challenge completed. We’re on week four of six and I cannot say enough good things about being part of this challenge, surrounded by so many active, amazing people all working to have a better, happier, healthier holiday season.
Anyway, this week’s #holidaysweat challenge included bodyweight workouts from the amazing Kindal Boyle from Lifting Revolution , a super inspiring motivational message from our friend Kasey Arena (AKA Powercakes) – who else is getting excited to read her new book? I know I am! And of course a delicous healthy dessert idea from my good friend and #SweatPink sis Giselle from My Healthy, Happy, Home (holy moly dark chocolate sunbutter cups – yes, please!).
And of course, we’re keeping track of our points in hopes to win some great prizes this week from Lorna Jane, Phenoh7.4, and FRS. I’m pumped to try all of these products while hopefully rockin some new workout threads from LJ. 😉
