Tis the season for staying motivated…and disciplined enough to not eat all the pecan pie. We all know that holidays can be a hard time to stay motivated and on track with our fitness routines; there are just too many sugar cookies and good wine to be had…and I get that…but the holidays don’t have to totally wash out everything you worked so hard for this year.
