Since challenges and accountability work so well for me, I’m excited to not only be participating in a 30 day yoga challenge in February but I’ve also just committed to 3 months of workouts, nutrition and inspiration with the Lorna Jane Fit Challenge (#LJFitChallenge).
The LJ Fit Challenge is so much more than just 12 weeks of workouts – its truly 12 weeks of clean eating tips, inspiration and fun, accessible workouts no matter what your age or fitness level. The workouts can be done anywhere at any time and they don’t involved any equipment. The only thing you’ll need is your Active Living Planner to track your progress, your phone so you have the Lorna Jane App and a water bottle! All of the workouts are under 30 minutes, making them perfect to squeeze in before or after work, or even on your lunch break!
With the Challenge, you’ll receive The Move Guide which contains goal setting, meal plans which incorporate the cook book and recipes from MNB and 12 weeks of concise workouts designed by Lorna’s trainer!
