This week, my plan was to take some yoga classes and take it easy on my body for the #LJFitChallenge.
This week I am proud of myself for sticking with my plan and allowing myself to rest up for my big race.
I stumbled a little with sleep this week as I was traveling a BUNCH so next week I plan to get some extra zzz’s and know I’ll need it after I run that hundo!
Next week, my goal is to embrace whatever happens out there on the 100 mile course this weekend. Whatever happens, happens. And I won’t beat myself up if I don’t finish…I won’t. I won’t. I won’t.
And I’ll get there because I am determined, strong and amazing. YEAH. Self love.
This week, I was most inspired by my GOOD friends Travis & CJ. They have been my training partners, yoga buddies and most importantly friends. Plus, Travis will be running with me during the 100 so I know I owe him HUGE.
