I was a little worried when I woke up on Monday. First of all it was WAY later than usual and second I had a pretty terrible headache. So yeah, not the best start to a Monday. And not the best start to a new month for that matter.
Thankfully, the headache was probably just a result of dehydration and went away as soon as I chugged a couple glasses of water. Go figure. 😉 But it also meant I had to skip my morning workout because I was already too behind schedule. I’ve been on such a roll with my holiday sweat-ing that I wanted to fit a workout in somewhere…and then remembered I was signed up for a Power Yoga class and then teaching bodyweight bootcamp directly afterward. And when I teach bodyweight bootcamp, I also do bodyweight bootcamp. So the day that started off with zero workouts turned into two solid workouts. Boom. I’ll go ahead and consider this starting off my week with a BANG.
