I’m so super and excited and honored to be celebrating my friends Hans and Linsey this weekend – they’re such an amazing couple so I know it’ll be one heck of a wedding! That said, a wedding also means wearing a dress and heels and looking my best…which could be hard to do after my debaucherous weekend. Hahah. 😉
So even in the midst of all my excitement to celebrate the happy, beautiful couple, I know I need to bust my butt a little bit beforehand…which is why I was pumped to discover Lunden’s amazing back toning exercises. I did these today after my run and feel like I’m ready to rock my dress – shoulders and back are looking good!
