Yup. I’m a San Franciscan which means I know a lot about dressing in layers, technology, paying too much in rent and parking tickets. I also know a lot about getting a good sweat on. Some of my favorite ways to sweat are trail running, yoga and pretty much anything else that helps me get my sweat on! You might say I’m even a little addicted to yoga – let’s just say I probably own more yoga pants than regular pants.
While I’m sweating it out, I love to groove to Kygo’s Firestone and pretty much anything by Sylvan Esso. There’s nothing like a good playlist to help me stay present and motivated.
