For those of you who didn’t attend bootcamp last night, here’s what you missed.
- Run with 10lb weight (4th tree) +10 push-ups
- Run with 10lb weight (3rd tree) + 10 push-ups
- Run with 10lb weight (2nd tree) + 10 push-ups
- Squat with resistance bands & leg lifts – 3 squats, 4 leg lifts and repeat – about 6x
- Resistance bands walk
- Squats with resistance bands & leg lifts – 5 squats, 4 leg lifts and repeat – about 6x
- Resistance band walks
- Sprints and tricep dips circuit
- Sprints (4th tree) with 20 tricep dips
- Sprints (3rd tree) with 15 tricep dips
- Sprints (2nd tree) with 10 tricep dips
- Hamstring extensions – 20
- 20 step-ups, 15 box jumps, 10 elevated push-ups
- 15 step-ups, 10 box jumps, 8 elevated push-ups
- 10 step-ups, 5 box jumps, 5 elevated push-ups
- Alternating leg lifts X20
- Weighted crunches X25
- Bicycles X30
- Leg drops with ankle crosses – 1:00
- Planks: 2:30
- Cool down jog & stretch!
