I seriously can’t believe it’s already week 3 of the #BosuStrong challenge, time is flying y’all! Last week we focused on balance and I was proud of myself for getting all my workouts in and running an ultra marathon, to boot! This week it’s all about stretching and toning – so make sure you join in on the fun – and work that BOSUStrong body!
If you want a good stretch today, try these 5 moves:
- I love to stretch my legs by doing low lunges on my BOSU.
- My favorite total body stretch is downward dog.
- I swear when I do pigeon, it feels like magic is happening in my hips.
- I stretch my mind by challenging myself to learn something new every day.
- I try to stretch out of my comfort zone by trying new things (and getting upside down every single day!).
