We’re half way through the Holiday Sweat Challenge and, honestly, all I feel is sad! I love all of the motivation, support and of course, the butt kicking workouts. For those of you who didn’t sign-up this year (shame on you), here’s a little of what you missed this week.
We kicked off the week with the Hip Hugger workout from my friend and SweatPink sis Suzi Fevens. I have never had a chance to take one of Suzi’s classes (mostly because she’s a little far away – up in Nova Scotia and all) and am so glad the #HolidaySweat challenge gave me the opportunity. We then got a little midweek boost of motivation from Matt at Runner Academy (just what I needed as the holiday temptations were all around me….) and of course some healthy eats from Mommy Run Fast.
