This morning’s workout was another killer! And in light of our bodyweight workout week, we did mainly bodyweight arm and core exercises. I had to wear my hair dirty and unwashed today because it was too painful to lather the shampoo, let alone use the blowdryer.
If you want to hurt yourself, here you go ;):
- Warm-up run, 30 minutes
Circuit #1:
- Tricep dips (20), hold low, 10 pulse it out
- Bicep curls (20 with 15 lb weights)
- Squat jumps (30)
Repeat x3
Circuit #2:
- Pull-ups (10)
- Bosu push-ups (25)
Repeat x2
Circuit #3:
- Ropes (30 seconds)
- Bosu lifts (30 seconds)
Repeat x3
Push-ups for the hell of it (20)
Circuit #4:
- Push-ups (20)
- In/out abs (20)
- Starfish abs (20)
- Sit-ups (20)
