Nearly every week, I receive emails from prospective students wondering if Flex & Flow classes are right for them; typically they are nervous that they’re too inflexible or out of shape, or feeling anxious about being new to yoga or exercise in general, or fear that they won’t be able to keep up. And to each email, I respond with the same thing – just come on in and try a class. Forget the anxiety, forget being able to keep up, don’t worry about your inflexibility or fitness – just come in and do what you can and challenge yourself because you’ll never truly know what you’re capable of if you don’t at least try.
It’s my personal belief that we all have an athlete inside of us waiting to be set free. We all have that fire and drive to challenge ourselves to change, which is why I’m so excited to be participating in a month long challenge with Designer Protein and the Ben Zorn (yes, I’m geeking out over here, y’all – I just love me some Bachelor Nation!) to discover the #AthleteInside. The challenge is focused on what I love most – embracing your inner athlete through fitness and nutrition to achieve whatever your goals are (fitness or otherwise).
And tonight at 5:30 pm PT, we’ll be kicking things off with a Facebook Live event with Benny boy himself – tune in on Ben’s Facebook page – you definitely don’t want to miss out!
Starting June 1, you’ll be able to find videos and workouts and nutrition tips and recipes to help you embrace your inner athlete all month long!
