I’ve been slacking on my cold brew making the past couple of weeks and have been going back to basics with this delicious (and caffeine free) protein smoothie that is perfect for a post workout fix:
Peanut Butter and Vanilla Smoothie:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana (the riper, the better!)
- 1 scoop Vega One Vanilla
- 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- about 5-6 ice cubes
Blend and enjoy!
