I just received some Manitoba Harvest Vanilla protein powder and was so excited to try it out. I didn’t want to dilute the taste too much the first time around so I opted for a cold brew less smoothie. And given the proximity to the holidays, it seemed appropriate to give it a spice kind of title.
So here you go, a delicious Vanilla Spice Smoothie using Manitoba Harvest’s Vanilla Protein Powder ;):
- One banana
- One cup coconut milk
- 3 shakes of cinnamon (or to taste)
- 1 scoop Manitoba Harvest Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter (I opted for crunchy)
- Approx 5 ice cubes
Blend and enjoy!
I really enjoyed this smoothie but also I really like Manitoba Harvest’s protein powders. Not only because they taste great in a smoothie but because they are super high in healthy protein (9g per serving!) and fiber. Hemp is a great all natural source for plant based protein and doesn’t contain any weird chemicals (they even use real vanilla!).
If you haven’t hemped up your smoothie, you haven’t lived!
