In my opinion Fridays are the very best day of the week. It always feels like the end of something great – an accomplishment, if you will – like that feeling you get when you’ve checked off your t0-do list…
And even though you know you need to start a new to-do list….you also know that it can wait..until next week. #amirite or #amirite?
And this Friday, I’m eggspecially excited because I have a fan f*ing tastic weekend ahead. And with that, I leave you with my FIVE THINGS FRIDAY…FREAKY FRIDAY, the 13th edition!
All the TRAIL RUNNING:
This week, I was able to squeeze in a quick 6 mile runch on the trails with my fave running partner (ahem, @abbietheviszla) – yeeeeehaw! AND our Flex & Flow run group is hitting the Forest Park trails on Saturday morning for a fun run club!

Rollin’ it all out!
I’m so admittedly bad about foam rolling…but I know I need it OH SO BAD. And this week, I was so inspired by the fact that it was National Foam Roller Day and my brand new Core roller from Trigger Point that I actually foam rolled. It wasn’t a long foam roll but it was a foam roll, nonetheless. Plus, Abbie helped…
Fresh mint and strawberry MAGIC:
I’ve been eating so much fresh mint (thanks Hope!) and all the fresh strawberries (god, I love summer berries!). And together, it’s a winning combo. Salads…smoothies with chocolate Amazing Grass (berries, chocolate and MINT, YES!).
Oh and this AMAZING sunscreen – COOLA. Have you guys tried this stuff yet?
