It has been an insane week. On one hand, I can’t believe its already Friday and on the other, I’m so freaking happy that it’s Friday…
This past week was filled with travel, running, the yogas and a crazy long to-do list and without further adieu, my five things Friday:
#FeelAmazingEveryday: After a long and rather emotionally charged week (not to mention a whole lot of travel), I’m happy to be home and back to my normal routines…of course one of those includes getting my daily Amazing Grass smoothie fix.

T9FitFest with Title Nine: I got the opportunity to attend Title Nine’s Fit Fest (#T9FitFest) for the second year in a row at the Title Nine store in the Pearl District here in Portland to get properly fitted for a sports bra. I love this event because Title Nine’s bravangelists really take the time to measure and work with you to find the perfect bra – no matter what your activity. I left with a super cute, super sleek Tech Athena bra in black that will be great for running, yoga and whatever else the day might bring. Flex & Flow Summer Strong: I’m so excited to kick my strength training up a notch. I know I need it to start getting ready for the Cascade Lakes Relay in July (I’m running on an ultra team) so the Flex & Flow Summer Strong Challenge, starting June 1 is the perfect opportunity to get my STRONG on! Good for the soul: Even when unexpected and slightly crazy, travel is good for the soul. After the news about my grandma, we embarked on an unexpected roadtrip and decided that we should make the most of it. And we did. And it was incredible. Full of experiences and memories with Casey, Abbie and my brother that I’ll never forget.
