I’ve had this Blue Lotus Chai Mint Chai Masala spice mix for awhile now and I really like it because it isn’t a chai “mix” loaded with sugar, its simply spices and a very little bit (like a tsp) goes a very long way. And while it’s good with a little hot water or almond milk, I really love it most in smoothies.
This morning I made a mint chocolate chai smoothie. Here’s the recipe.
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp mint chai mix
- 1 scoop Vega One Chocolate
- approx 5 ice cubs
