I don’t know about y’all but this week flew right on by. I swear, I blinked and it was Friday. But just because it was absolutely, insanely busy doesn’t mean it was a bad week. It was just a week on steroids.
This weekend, I’m super excited to enjoy some sunshine on the trails, do (and teach!) a whole lot of yoga, attend a Hand’s On Assists workshop with my homegirl Alissa and work on my book reports (don’t even ask…). And otherwise lay around with Abbie girl and rest my sore, tired body.
Here are my five favorite things from this week:
HIIT the food processor!
One of the biggest benefits of my homemade almond milk phase is all the baked goods I’ve been making out of the almond pulp. I’ve been hitting up my food processor like it’s my job!
