I had yet another amazing week sweating it out, eating clean and staying on track with my sweaty friends. We’re now two weeks into the Holiday Sweat Challenge and I’m proud to say that I have completed my workouts, drooled over clean eats (and mainly stayed on track with my own clean eating), and feel so motivated to keep going.
This week’s challenge, I was thrilled to workout with the beautiful and fabulous Lunden – um, the resistance bands were amazing – I swear resistance bands push-ups are going into the weekly routine (thanks Lunden!). We also received amazing tips for facing fears, embracing newness and staying on track from the lovely Christine Eubanks of Love and Tomatoes and we learned how to make the most beautiful chai rooibos tea I’ve ever seen, thanks to Jessica Mishra author of Beaming with Health.
Can’t wait to see where week 3 will take us!
